I believe in the power of physical touch, in the calming effect it has on the physical body as a whole, including the nervous system. I believe God placed in us, an innate soothing mechanism as a response to human touch. It is also my believe and experience that our bodies are connected, and as such it should be cared for, 1 Corinthians 12:25 'He has done that to bring all the parts work together as one body. All the parts work together to help each other. Then if one part of the body hurts, every other part also hurts. If people praise one part, every part of the body is also happy". Thus, if given the right conditions, the human body can heal, and thrive. Psalm 139:14 "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Therefore, the body should be looked at, as a whole to be able to help it reach into homeostasis.  It is with that ingrained in mind, body and soul, that I render massage techniques, such as myofascial release, orthopedic, medium deep tissue and Swedish massage, to care for your physical needs. In addition, I briefly cover some nervous system resetting of the vagus nerve, so the client's body can receive the work better. Lastly, if desired, I pray over and with you to fill up the most important component of our bodies, our spirit; which we tend to overlook at times. Proverbs 18:14 " "When someone is ill, his spirit will keep him strong. But if his spirit has lost hope, he cannot stay strong." In other words in the spirit is the strength of the body!
